Anuj Agarwal serves as the Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of KAG Industries, a prominent nutraceutical manufacturer specializing in delivering comprehensive contract manufacturing solutions employing advanced technologies and methodologies. With a wealth of experience exceeding 20 years in the food and beverages sector, particularly in malt-based foods and blended nutritional products, he transitioned from overseeing national projects in the construction industry to pursuing his passion for nutraceuticals.

Developing proficiency across operations, R&D, and regulatory adherence, he established his manufacturing hub in Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh. Revered for his unwavering dedication to efficiency and quality, he is committed to enhancing the reputations of partner brands through strict adherence to food safety standards. An alumnus of Delhi University holding a B.Com degree, Anuj Agarwal has been honoured with the Himachal Ratna award for his significant contributions to the state's economic growth and development. Additionally, he actively participates as a member of CII-Himachal Pradesh.

Anish Garg serves as the Director of Business Development at KAG Industries, where he has been instrumental in orchestrating strategic planning and spearheading the implementation of innovative initiatives. His guidance has led to a significant evolution of the company, propelling it to become a prominent contract manufacturer specializing in malt-based foods and nutritional powders.

With an MBA from the University of South Carolina, USA, Anish Garg brings to the forefront a dynamic fusion of expertise spanning marketing, operations, research and development (R&D), regulatory affairs, and information technology (IT). His extensive proficiency and background in diverse domains have played a pivotal role in shaping the company's trajectory of growth.

Namay Agarwal, a second-generation leader in the family business, serves as the Director of Strategy at KAG Industries. With a degree in Business Administration from Durham University, United Kingdom, Namay brings extensive expertise in operations management, nutraceuticals, and manufacturing, along with a strong commitment to entrepreneurship and social responsibility.


In his role, Namay Agarwal is at the helm of shaping and executing the organization’s strategic vision, setting clear objectives and goals. This involves identifying and capitalising on new opportunities for growth and innovation. By working closely with internal teams and external partners—including customers, operations, suppliers, R&D, quality assurance, and finance— he ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products and services that meet the diverse needs of clients.
