KAG Industries menempatkan kemudahan GMP yang sangat baik untuk mengeluarkan produk kering ketuhar vakum. Kami mempunyai 2 barisan pengeluaran bebas di kemudahan kami yang menempatkan kapasiti pengeluaran sehingga 50 MT sehari. Pengeringan Ketuhar ialah teknologi tradisional dan berdaya maju yang telah digunakan dengan jayanya selama bertahun-tahun dalam industri nutraseutikal dan farmaseutikal. Kelebihan utama pengeringan vakum ialah penjimatan tenaga - kurang tenaga diperlukan untuk pengeringan, mengurangkan kos ekonomi dan alam sekitar yang berkaitan dengan pengeringan produk untuk penyimpanan, penjualan atau tujuan lain. Proses pengeringan vakum juga cenderung berfungsi lebih cepat daripada kaedah pengeringan lain, mengurangkan masa pemprosesan. Teknologi ini digunakan secara meluas untuk mengeluarkan produk berasaskan malt seperti BournVita, Horlicks, Ovaltine, Milo & banyak lagi. Aplikasi lain teknologi ini termasuk serbuk ekstrak malt, warna semula jadi, serbuk buah-buahan, dsb. Kami boleh membantu pelanggan kami untuk membangunkan penyelesaian tersuai mengikut keperluan mereka dan meningkatkan kepada peralatan komersil untuk jualan & pemasaran besar-besaran.
